Cancellation Policy

Booking & Appointment Policy Appointments are offered on a limited, pre-approved basis. Booking Requirements Active membership is required Full agreement to all policies is mandatory Screening may be required for in-person appointments Payment Cash payments (where permitted) must be made at the time of the appointment Conduct Respect, discretion, and adherence to boundaries are mandatory Any inappropriate behavior will result in immediate termination of the session without refund Cancellation & Refund Policy All sales are final. Appointments Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance Late cancellations or no-shows forfeit payment We reserve the right to cancel appointments for safety or discretion reasons
